Art that is anti-authoritarian is simple.
All you have to do is take some icons of domination systems, and mock them artistically. Take images of lions, kings, queens, generals, admirals, commanders, presidents, CEOs, patriarchs, and other bullies, then do something that defiles, distorts, or deconstructs them.
I saw a work of art that showed lions with crystals growing on their heads in a very disrespectful manner, and it triggered thoughts of rebellion and revolution, which the USA was and still is based on.
George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were not "conservative", they were wild radical usurpers of the greatest military power in the world at that time. Jefferson praised anarchy over government, did you know that?

"...were it made a question, whether no law, as among the savage Americans, or too much law, as among the civilized Europeans, submits man to the greatest evil, one who has seen both conditions of existence would pronounce it to be the last: and that the sheep are happier of themselves, than under the care of the wolves.
It will be said that 'great societies cannot exist without government'. The savages therefore break them into small ones..."
