I often state that you should show the product in use by a customer, and show it solving a problem or enhancing a life. This commercial, uploaded to YouTube by Gibson, comes closer to the "enhancing a life", by implication. I like this mellow and visually interesting video. It promotes Gibson, but with specific features and showcasing the craftmanship.
I think this video commercial works. However, another video that features Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong is repetitious, visually trite, and ultimately boring. Not Billie Joe's fault, though, and I like how he chews gum as he talks.
