Connie Chung on American Idol. Multi-touch. Nurse With Wound.

Here is the glorious Mainstream Media in one of its finest hours.

Hear Connie Chung sing "Thanks for the Memories", her swansong at MSNBC, as she bids a fondled farewell to whatever the hell she thought she was doing on Weekends with Maury and Connie.

This is even worse than Sid Vicious singing "My Way".

Is she drunk? She looks drunk to me. Or too much Prozac, Ritalin, Paxil, or some other pseudo medicine.

Maybe her and Dan Rather (rather not speak the truth) can start a lousy pseudo-punk band. She sings worse than I play guitar, if you can imagine that.

"...on American Idol" is a joke, ppl.

If you could stand that horrible, pathetic crap, here's your reward. It's a guy moving his hands across a display panel, causing lava lamp type fluid color shapes to flow around, etc.

And now a scary, surrealist video of a great industrial noise band, Nurse With Wound. Bennett Theissen saw this band, headed by Steve Stapleton, in San Fransisco just a few days ago. He said the instruments were covered in drapes so you couldn't tell what musical equipment was being used. That's pretty cool. Why can't that lady open the door? Very creepy!
